Brought Near To God

Ephesians 2:13

But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.

No believer should ever feel like God is far from them, for we have been reunited with God through Christ Jesus. We are one spirit with the Lord and He will never leave you nor forsake you. The sin nature that stood between us and God has been washed away by the blood of Jesus. It was this sin nature that separated us from God, and all that He is. Jesus said that for those who put their faith in Him that He and the Father would come and abide in them. He has done so by sending the Holy Spirit to come and live in us. This is one of the reasons we no longer have any reason to live in fear, for greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world. The devil and all his demons are no match for God, and He lives within every born again believer. So there is no reason to live in fear of the powers of darkness, nor should you ever feel lonely, for all who have received salvation have the Spirit of God living in them. Don’t fall for these deceptive lies, instead walk in the realty of the truth by declaring to yourself that greater is He that is in me than He that is in the world.

Created For Good Works

Ephesians 2:10

For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them.

God has already prepared a good plan for you to walk in. To walk in God’s plan all we have to do is follow the pattern we have in Jesus. Jesus acted, spoke, and thought like the Father. We look to God’s Word and we begin to act like our Heavenly Father. His Word reveals to us how we as born again children of God should live. As we look to His Word we also begin to talk like God talks, saying who God says we are in Christ Jesus and saying what we have in Christ as well. Scripture teaches us our words are a major part of determining where we will go in the future. We must also start thinking like God thinks, seeing ourselves as God sees us. We must renew our thinking to the fact we are a spirit being with a soul living in a body. When we start acting, talking, and thinking like God, we can learn of and walk in the plan He has already prepared for us.

Seated With Christ

Ephesians 2:6

… and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,

Every believer has been seated together with Christ at the right hand of the Father. This is recognized as a position of authority over all the powers of darkness. It is the same position of authority Adam had before he sinned. You have been seated with Christ far above all principalities, powers, might, dominion, and every name that is named. This authority means you have been given delegated power. You exercise your authority over satan and all his works by faith in the name of Jesus, the name above all names. So don’t allow the powers of darkness to rule over you. Use the name of Jesus and keep them under your feet where they belong.

God Has Blessed Us

Ephesians 1:3

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, …

The spiritual blessings of heaven, the presence of God, the authority of God, the gifts of the Spirit, the peace of God, the joy of the Lord, etc, are all a part of the born again believer. All that you need in the natural comes out of the spirit realm through the real you, your spirit man on the inside by way of the Holy Spirit. That is why faith sees things as already so because it is already so in the spirit realm. He has already blessed us, healed us, given us victory over our adversary. To walk in what we have already been given be a doer of the Word for a doer is blessed. Start seeing things from God’s perspective as already so. Start declaring by faith that you are blessed, you are healed, you have the victory, for God Himself calls those things which do not yet exist as though they did. As you do it will change the natural realm around you.

God Shows No Partiality

Galatians 3:28

There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free man, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus.

God is no respecter of persons, but a respecter of faith. He has no favorites for He sees all the same through Christ. What pleases Him is when we believe His Word, speak His Word, and act as if His Word is true because it is. God does not do special favors for some, God looks upon us all the same. In Acts 10:34 Peter declared that God shows no partiality for Jesus was anointed by God and He went about doing good TO ALL. Jesus has not changed for He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. For all who have faith in Him are able to receive from Him what He has provided. Don’t ever fall for the lie that God only heals or blesses certain people, for He has revealed through His Word and through His Son He is no respecter of persons, but He is a respecter of faith. Jesus said, “If you can believe, all things are possible to Him who believes”. That is His promise to everyone.

Heirs By Faith

Galatians 3:26

For in Christ Jesus you are all sons of God through faith.

You don’t join the family of God, you are born into God’s family. We have been born of the Spirit of God. God’s very own Spirit comes to reside in you. What gives us the right to all that God has promised us is our birthright as His children. As sons and daughters of God we are heirs of God and joint heirs with Jesus Christ. We now have an inheritance because we have been born again into the family of God. Everything God has promised us in the New Covenant belongs to us because we are His children. In 2 Corinthians 1:20 we are told that all the promises of God are yes and amen. God shows no favorites in His family. You don’t have to ask God if you can have what He has promised you for He has already said yes. We must give our amen. The amen is a statement of faith that means so be it for me. So as His son or daughter give your amen of faith to what He has promised you and you can walk in your inheritance.

Give Thanks

1 Thessalonians 5:18

Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus.

Do you desire to walk in God’s will for your life? The will of God is the best place to be for God’s plans for us as Jeremiah 29:11 declares are good and not evil. They are plans to bring us a future filled with hope. One of the keys to walking in God’s plans for you is to never lose your gratitude for God and how good He is. In the Psalms over and over it tells us to give thanks to the Lord for He is good. No matter what circumstances may come your way if you want to walk through life a victor and not a victim give thanks everyday for how good our God is. This attitude of gratitude can mean the difference between a life of victory or defeat. When we thank God we place our focus on Him and not on what we see around us. When you begin to talk about how big your God is by giving Him thanks, your problems become quite small in comparison. Thanksgiving releases faith in God for thanksgiving is the force of faith. A leper who had been cleansed of his leprosy by Jesus came back to Him and began to thank Him. As He did Jesus declared his faith had now made him whole, which means he now also had his body restored from the damaged the leprosy had done. So in aIl circumstances you face, good or bad, keep giving thanks for how good God is and you will walk in His will, which is good.
